JOB PROFILE: Tech Sales/ Support Expert
INDUSTRY: IT Software / Web Application / Services

SALARY: 15K to 40K (In hand) + (AC Cab & Meal Free) + Attractive Incentive + Perk

SHIFTS: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Any Two off (5 days working)

Job Description:-

Responsible for selling subscription plans.
Calling existing customers for renewing their plans.
Good knowledge of Mac and Window.
Basic technical knowledge required for proper diagnosis of the root cause.
Recommendation of technical help through easy steps.
Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills.
Software or Service packages to be sold.


Skill Required:
Good knowledge of MAC, WINDOW, POPUP & PRINTER calls.
Good sales quality.
